The Family Court Problems Association and Website is designed to help educate and coordinate individuals and organizations that are seeking to make change possible with today's family court system. Once change is achieved the purpose will shift to maintaining the changes that have been achieved. The goal is equal parenting and a less intrusive government that focuses on the rights of children and parents to be involved in each other''s lives. We sponsor legislative efforts that focus on achieving equality and cooperation between parents for the benefit of their children. We also assist people who need to navigate the cumbersome bureacracy that is known as the family court system.

Our association benefits are useful for both individuals and organizations and encourages collective pooling of resources, collective bargaining positions, decreased technology expenditures, access to experienced business and technology experts, and increased finances to drive lobbyist and public awareness campaigns.
